May 2010: Nashville

Well, it's time to play catch-up here again. Can't believe it has really been a month and a half since the last post. The good thing about having a lot going on is that there's a lot to post here. The bad thing is that there's no time to post it.

Going all the way back to the beginning of May, Claire and I went down to Nashville (or Tullahoma, to be more specific), TN for my younger sister Christine's graduation from nursing school. It was the first time that my family had all been together in about 3 years.

(Pictured in the following: Dad (Ron Sr.), older sister (Tara), her kids (Anna Chey, J.T., Cierra), younger sister/graduate (Christine), her husband (Brian) and kids (Aubrea, B.J., and Cayce), and of course, Claire and me.)

Finally got a picture of him after trying all day.

More on this guy here.

The graduate.

On our way out of town, I took Claire by the Parthenon, which she had never heard about. (I think that it's really strange that Nashville even has this, especially since no one in Nashville really cares and no one outside of Nashville really knows about it. All it's really ever used for is for high school kids to have a place to drink and such. Or so I've heard. That and artistic re-enactments, as pictured above.)

Love that Parthenon. I'd like to re-enact this there.

Matt, if you guys ever play Sarrat again, we'll have to do that.
